You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [insert name of the business, address, phone number, and email address] of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement on our website (insert website address). If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal (e.g., via email) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us or (insert name and address of the person authorized to receive the goods if applicable) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract is expressly excluded in service contracts after the full performance of the service; however, if the contract imposes on the consumer the obligation to pay, the right of withdrawal is excluded only if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and his acceptance of the fact that, in the event of full performance of the contract by the professional,  will lose your right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal is also excluded in contracts for the supply of digital content by way of a tangible medium where performance of the digital content has begun and, where the contract imposes an obligation on the consumer to pay, where the consumer has given his prior express consent to start the service during the period of right of withdrawal or has acknowledged that he is thus losing his right of withdrawal or where the professional has provided confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.
