Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from shop.gjkoehler.com. (hereinafter referred to as "Shop") to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed profession.

2. Contractual Partner

The purchase contract is concluded with shop.gjkoehler.com, Owner: Georg J. Koehler, Rivergreen Residences, Manila, Philippines 1009.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

3.2. By clicking the [Buy/Order with obligation to pay] button, you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1. If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to your trade, business, or self-employed profession), you have the right to withdraw from this contract in accordance with the statutory provisions.

4.2. If you exercise your right of withdrawal as a consumer under Section 4.1, you will bear the regular costs of returning the goods.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

5.1. The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

5.2. In addition to the stated product prices, we charge per order for delivery within Germany. Shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.

5.3. For payment by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 6.00 euros will be charged, which the carrier collects on-site. No additional taxes or costs will be incurred.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery is only available within Germany through Deutsche Post.

6.2. The delivery time is up to 5 days. Any deviations in delivery times will be noted on the respective product page.

7. Payment

7.1. Payment is made by advance payment.

7.2. For advance payment, we use different service providers.

7.3. The prices shown in the shop are the final prices plus shipping costs. Sales tax is not charged and therefore does not need to be declared.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is made.

9. Liability for Defects

DemoShop is liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, particularly §§ 434 ff of the German Civil Code.

10. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission has established an internet platform for online dispute resolution. This platform serves as a point of contact for out-of-court dispute resolutions concerning contractual obligations from online purchase agreements. We are willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board or are obligated to do so under ____ (indicate the legal norm or contractual agreement).
